Who Am I Really?

Who Am I Really? Helps adoptees explore their own feelings about their adoption, understand their history, and decide whether reunion with biological families is possible and desirable. Reunion after adoption affects such a wide variety of people—often in ways that we don’t realize until very late in the experience. The podcast shares relatable stories to help adoptees understand how others have navigated this difficult part of an adoptee’s journey.

Damon Davis, the show’s host, is an adoptee in reunion with a desire to help adoptees and people who experienced the foster care system—to “explore their emotions, desires, and questions about reuniting with their biological families.”
